I have to question whether any of the 10/10 ratings are legit. Elevator, ice machines and vending machine are out of order. Based on other reviews, it looks like these things have been broken for months. Landscaping looks bad. Weeds everywhere.

This hotel has great bed and great water pressure, but the elevator, ice machine and vending machines were all out of order. Exterior of the building looks tired and landscaping was pretty dead looking.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were good and plentiful. Room was clean and all items were in good working order. The bedding appeared slightly worn and needed refreshing. The Stockton option was nearly half the price for the same your would get in Galena and the extra drive is scenic and worth it for the savings.

Hotel room smelled like urine. Nobody at front desk upon entering. Just a phone that said dial 0. Ice machine, vending machines, elevator did not work. No cookies, not that I need them. Grass needs cut, all kinds of weeds. Breakfast sucked. Tv is terrible.

Have stayed at this Country Inn & Suites for several years for the family reunion. The rate this year was ridiculous. There was no reason to pay this price other than it was closest to the reunion. They have decommissioned the hot tub and the overall condition has deteriorated.

Average. But No Hot Tub was very disappointing.

The hotel was fine, average. However, we chose it for a hot tub as advertised. There was no hot tub, as it was cemented over, obviously for a long time. The booking also said complimentary breakfast, though there was no mention or information of breakfast to us at check in or upon leaving. Perhaps we missed it or perhaps there wasn’t any, …not sure. ?

Everything was good for an overnight stay. If staying longer, we would have needed more towels. Most females need a bath towel for body and a bath towel for hair.The only criticism of the facility is that the bathroom has no towel rods. We had to hang our wet towels on the shower curtain rod.
