Good location to the University of Florida and to I-75. The hotel needs upgrades, dingy room, paint pealing from ceiling, bathroom door cracking and buckling. Very noisy neighbor late into the night. We thought we were in a cheap motel!

Liked its close to things and that they served a hotbreakfast buffet. Didnt like that the room smelt smokey we let our son stay at another hotel with others. My check in was quick and easy so was my check out. Room had hair in the sink bed lien was dirty when got to bed.

EASY TO FIND . CLEAN AND FRIENDLY STAFF, SODA MACHINE EAT YOUR MONEY, BUT NO SODA

The number one turn off was the constant cigarette smell coming out of the bathroom vent. It was awful. The rest of the room also had a musky smell. Overall this is a gross place.

I didn't really pay attention it was a place to sleep when I needed one.

The day staff was awesome! Very helpful. The night staff came off very rude, but they also have to deal with the night environment in that area. The room had a roach. The fridge, lamps, and other fixtures were rusted and nasty looking and I didn’t want to touch them. The pool was a debris catcher...wouldn’t use it in dreams. The faucet in shower has hot/cold written in permanent marker to indicate which direction did what...the phone didn’t work. I realize that most people have smartphones, but a phone in a hotel is standard to speak with the front desk and to use for anything else. The printer in lobby didn’t work. The issues snowballed and I was so fed up, that I spent 2 hrs on the phone with orbitz just to refund what I could and rented a room at the home2hilton down the street. To punctuate this...I didn’t get the night refunded when I switched hotels, meaning I chose to lose ~70$ and walked with all my belongings in tow to rent a room at a better hotel. Awful experience, though there were shining moments. Like I said...the day staff was awesome and while I understand that the night staff may be a victim of their chosen shift and the environment around them during those hours, however, customer service oriented staff needs to realize that everyone is not the same and thus...don’t all deserve to be treated the same.

Didn’t want to go and orbitz refused to refund my purchase

In order to get ice fror my room I had to either go around the building to the other side on the first floor or go to the second floor on my side of the building on the other end.The bathrrom sink was partially clogged, draining very slowly. After comming back to my room on the first day my room key did not work so had to go to fronk desk to get it fixed. Also many cigerette butts on the pavement outside my room.

Location is convenient for UF and price was very reasonable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The TV remote did not work initially, but after going to the front desk for new batteries, it was fine. The outside walk just outside of the rooms was dirty from smokers who had not used an ash tray.

Somehow got put in a smoking room. Asked to be moved but all non smoking rooms taken (who still has smoking rooms?!) Good location but everything reeked.

I was in town for medical appointments at UF and this hotel was literally 5mins from where I had my appointments. Definitely plan on staying here again when I return.

Good motel. Clean, and in good condition. Near university. No complaints.

Like home away from home. Very comfortable and the managers were very courteous. They both were willing to help my family and I any way they could while we were there for my dad's cancer treatment at Shands. This is a really good place to stay! Do it.

The room was fresh and clean. It was very comfortable. The manager was super friendly and helpful.

This old style motel was clean and friendly, but in the middle of nowhere, There were guests hanging outside in the parking lot. As a woman traveling with her son, we were a little on edge.
