Lousy excuse for breakfast. Cold eggs and sausage. Room has sticky floors. Lamps were full of dust. Staff never said thank you for your patronage. They really didn’t care. While I never say never, this hotel will be way down the list for any future stay in Gainesville. This facility gives Quality Inns and Hotels. Com a bad reputation.

I rented four rooms our room look like the bathroom had not been swept. The shower curtain had mildew on it. The light over the sink was not working. The remote control for the TV was not available. Did call front desk and one was provided but couldn’t get the TV to work. Doors did not shut completely and the curtains for the window outside. Do not close all the way.

This place is old and kind of shady but it does the job. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot. If you are looking for the bare minimum and don’t want to spend a bunch of money, this place will do but if you can afford it, I would go elsewhere.

The room was very poor. Toilet broken.The shower Ent cover was laying the the tub. Chair had God knows what kind of stains. The AC fan sounded like a freight train. The TV was disconnected. I would Have never booked if I had known. Stay away.

Breakfast was very slight. Room clean, but had a couple of problems. Slow drain in bathroom, Light bulb needed changing. But I have reported repairs to the staff and they are very helpful. No cable tv working at this time. Convenient location, right off California street, behind Starbucks, and Braums.

I asked for help on our tv because we weren’t getting a picture and they said it was going to take up to 3 hrs for someone yo come look at it so we decided to go elsewhere and find other things to do instead of just relaxing in our room . So we had no tv while we were there

The clerk was clueless. The room smelled of cigarette residue. Waste baskets had not even been emptied. The safety hasp on the door was missing, accordingly the safety catch was not functional. It presents a safety/security risk to the occupants of unlawful entry. Room 147. There was no cable service on the TV--we couldn't get a single TV station. The room was grossly overpriced at $175 per night--pure gouging, simply because it's near Windstar. This was a complete rip off. I will never stay here--or at any other "quality" Inn again.

The location of the property is good and close to the main highway, but tv we're not operating, no ceiling light fixtures and only lamps. Coffee machine not working and the carpet smells.

The room was decent when we got there when we got back to our room we found a bug that was on our pillow. Wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking at. Turns out it was a bed bug!!! Next day I had red spot all over me. Next day we took off sheet and there was residue of bed bugs and red spots on the mattress. I do NOT recommend this place!! Just Nasty!!!
