First let's start with pray when you arrive at the hotel. They ran my card before check in and they didn't call to see if I was still coming or if I was canceling I understand that they will still charge your card if you're canceling however I did not call the hotel to let them know that I was canceling when I called the hotel and spoke with a representative he said that he was going to let his manager know and when I arrived to the hotel there was no manager to compensate me for overdrafting my account and it's sad the manager want take accountability.Leadership sucks. For some reason housekeeping was working the front desk. She had difficulty finding my reservation and ended up double charging my card which meant I was out $200 until it got refunded in a week. Staff was nice otherwise and the room was clean.

Service desk employees were extremely polite & helpful! The room (209) was very clean however, it requires maintenance. It’s showing its age where the entry door had a large gap at the bottom, the bottom of the bathroom door had damage and has been spray painted. The shower valve plunger was nearly impossible to use and the tub spigot was excessively gapped with silicone along with other areas around the tub/shower. Lastly, the bed was very uncomfortable. It was domed in the center where you felt as though you were going to roll of the ends.
