Great place to meet up

The house is completely renovated, with full metal fences in the front and back yards, full solar lighting, two driveway gates and two small fence gates for large vehicles to enter. There are all kinds of flowers in the front yard, which will be a beautiful scenery in spring. There is also a fire pit barbecue area, charcoal grill, food cart, etc. in the backyard, outdoor dining area furniture and outdoor leisure area furniture, everything is available, it is a good place for gatherings, the interior is modern design, there are brand new TV walls, TV cabinets and TVs, equipped with brand new furniture and decorations and bedding, the kitchen countertops will glow at night, making you feel very interesting. Modern cabinets make your storage space reasonable. Equipped with brand new appliances and kitchen utensils and dining equipment, the floor and bathroom are fully tiled, and there are features such as LED mirrors and Bluetooth lights. Any bath products are available, everything is new. Come and see the new era design, so that you can enjoy the fun of indoor and outdoor living. Excellent location. There is a seafood market across the block, and the family medical and dental center is next door. It takes a few minutes to drive to restaurants, cafes and downtown Gainesville. Short family trip to Gainesville

Beautiful property with tons of wildflowers conveniently located in Gainesville. The property has been meticulously updated and everything is fresh, clean and modern. Tons of hang out spaces for different people to talk. We even spent some time looking for four leaf clovers in the gardens! The communication between the property owner and myself was easy and the check-in/out processes couldn’t be more simple. Highly recommend and will definitely reuse again in the future!

Spacious backyard setup

Very clean and accommodating. Stupendous outdoor patio with a fire pit. We travel with our very well behaved dog and we all enjoyed sitting outside.

Absolute gem

We have stayed at rentals for many years. My wife and I agree that this was probably one of the nicest (if not the nicest) units we’ve ever been too. Check in was a breeze. Host was extremely polite, easy to connect with, and accommodating. 100% recommend this unit for future travelers.
