We enjoyed our stay! The house was extremely clean and the rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms and the kitchen are modern and bright. Jennifer was fantastic throughout the process and communicated with us and responded to our inquiries immediately. Very convenient to all things UF. We will definitely stay again. Much better than the numerous hotels we have stayed at in the area.

The Peach House was everything and more. Jennifer was a wonderful hostess and very receptive to any questions we had. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed was provided. She left coffee which was a great surprise since we were in need of a cup after our early morning flight. We would stay here again.

such a nice place, so close to downtown and campus in an old florida neighborhood with wonderful trees. The place is rare combo of bungalow yet surprisingly huge inside, and very clean - has everything and makes you feel like bragging to everyone else staying in hotels how much smarter than them you are !

Very clean and just as pictured

Entire place was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Closets organized and usable. Good water pressure. Easy to find. Nice front porch. Will stay again if opportunity arises.

I wanted to thank you for a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and everything was well taken care of — I really appreciated it.Unfortunately, I did have one issue on the last night of my stay. Around 10 p.m., a neighbor across the street named Keith knocked on the door asking for money. This was unsettling and disrupted my night, especially since I get up at 4:30 a.m. for work. As a result, the next day was rough and exhausting.I understand this kind of thing may be out of your control, but I wanted to make you aware in case it becomes a pattern for other guests.Thanks again for everything else — the stay was otherwise excellent.Best regards,Randal

Peach House

The overall experience was excellent. Very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Close to shopping and excellent restaurants as well. The location to Shands Heart and Vascular Hospital was very convenient. Jennifer was very prompt with communication. I had to extend my reservation and she made the process very easy. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location

The Peach House was the perfect location for me and my family for our 2025 UF Graduation Weekend! Centrally located to UF, restaurants and grocery stores. We were never more than 5 min away from our activities.

The Peach House Gainesville

This is the perfect place to stay for 2-4 people when visiting Gainesville. The Peach House is in an older neighborhood, but it’s very clean and modern - and in walking distance to downtown (about a mile). Communication with the host was excellent. We’ll definitely stay here again!

This house is in a mixed neighborhood and we ended up knowing our next door neighbor! Nice layout of the house and beautiful decor and bathrooms. Perfect for our quick trip to visit with our son. great donuts at flatfish...a block away

Nice, quiet stay close to campus

Very cute little house in Gainesville. We were visiting our student at UF. Nice quiet location but close to everything; we were able to walk to restaurants downtown and also to the university easily. It was convenient but off the beaten path.

Cute house

The Peach House is super cute, clean and newly remodeled. The location to downtown is convenient and Parking on the street was not an issue for two vehicles (our trucks would not fit in the small driveway.). It is in a gentrification neighborhood which I why I gave the location 4 Stars. Otherwise,everything else about it was great.
