The apartment features one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired; for example, you can bake your own bread in the AEG convection oven. The Habitat apartment also includes a dining area, a high chair, and a foldable baby cot.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and sink. The toilet is separate.

The double bed (box spring bed) has an electric mechanism for adjusting the mattresses. The covered balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the green surroundings. Naturally, the Habitat apartment is equipped with high-speed internet. Televisions are provided in both the living room and the bedroom. The apartment features a desk with a chair and a monitor to which a laptop can be connected, making it ideal for business travelers. Fast internet is a given, ensuring a work-friendly environment.

Electric blinds guarantee a restful night's sleep.

The apartment is allergy-friendly, with no carpets or curtains. The bed and upholstery are cleaned with a mite vacuum cleaner, and the bathroom and toilet are steamed.
