This was such a great place to explore Baden-Baden by foot. Staff was really friendly and helpful. And breakfast was a real treat!
The staff was not willing to help at all. The temperature of the day we checked in was at least 32 ℃ (90℉) and the A/C in our room was not working. We came to the front desk for help, and wanted the staff to check the settings of our remote control. And the staff there said she was alone so she could not leave the front desk, even not for 2 or 3 minutes, and the technician won't be available until tomorrow morning. She said all other rooms are booked so she could do nothing. We had to suffer from the high temperature at night. What a horrible stay and we will definitely not come back again.
I had a great dinner. The breakfast was also nice. Super kind staffs!
Nice hotel in a good location. Great breakfast! Generally helpful staff.
We enjoyed so much the region, city and hotel that we have decided to come back with our 4 kids. From an excellent location - near the park and downtown - to a great breakfast , Leonardo was an excellent choice.
Nice hotel for price payed I needed good internet since my work is based on it, and didn't get it For social networks and emails is good On the fifth floor, the highest, there's a machine like slight constant noice, like a vacum machine, that if your are very sensitive might disturb
This is a modern, well apportioned hotel located about a 15-minute walk from the city center. Rooms are spacious and offer a large patio balcony, good-sized refrigerators, comfortable beds, and a flat-screen TV (few English channels). Bathrooms are a little outdated, as are the sluggish and smallish hotel elevators. The spa in the ground floor offers sauna, as well as indoor pool and jacuzzi (the jacuzzi was never warm enough). Internet is offered in the rooms for an extra charge - hotel should just include it rather than nickel-and-dime its guests. There is a free internet terminal in the hotel lobby, which didn't always work. The friendly staff gave me a free day of internet in the room to compensate. Hotel is an easy walk from all of the town's major sites, as well as to all of the town's best hiking trails. Despite the extra internet charge, this hotel offers guests a lot more for their money than many other hotels in town.
