This was my first stay at Microtel. The price was near the Holiday Inn Express charge so I expected a comparable stay. (Holiday Inn Express was booked up.) Gosh was I mistaken! The drain in the sink was stopped up. The shampoo and conditioner were in a tiny plastic tube. 2 tiny blocks of soap were provided. The outside noise permeated the walls and windows. The "breakfast" consisted of dry cereal, heat and serve biscuits, waffles, and juice. The rooms are very tiny and cramped, and, if you sneeze in the bathroom, you'll bang your head on the wall!
