The property is fine... big thing was that the room was clean and fine for our needs. We had booked a 2 bed room but they only had a "suite" with a rollaway when we go there... they actually gave us another room to check out but it was a single. We were only staying one night so we made it work but that was a little frustrating. The front desk was very nice about it, but they just didnt have the room we booked. The price was great, the hotel is perfectly fine (again it was a clean room).
Overall everything was good. Sink and shower did not drain well and need to be addressed.

You could hear somebody's dog yapping and children jumping and running LOUDLY in the next room. The smell of cigarette smoke in my reserved non-smoking room was terrible. Continental breakfast consisted of thawed breakfast goods in dated ziplock baggies.
We had noisy people above our room, complained at 11pm and 1am to front deck! The people continued to make noise, terrible night of sleep...
this is my second stay with this hotel, the staff is friendly helpful and a joy. The rooms are clean and tidy. Walking distance to some great restaurants. The Best
If you're looking for a quick night's stay, then this place is perfect. But just a quick stay. breakfast was ok. Rooms had minor odors. Internet access was poor. Only amenity for children was a pool. But the STAFF was awesome! They try to accommodate and make you feel comfortable as best as possible. Plenty of tv channels. Nice "suite" rooms. Good for the price.

The size of the room was very small. We had a queen size bed and there was just enough room to get to either side of the bed. The room felt cramped. My mother had 2 queen size beds in her room it was about the same. It did have a window seat that was big enough that a small kid could sleep on. The pool is so small. Positive note close to about everything.
While Not A Hilton, this is a very nice hotel with a free quick breakfast. Comparable to an Econo Lodge, or a Holiday Inn, they host a friendly staff, and are eager to fulfill requests for toiletries and additional bedding. I would recommend this Hotel as having the best overall value in the area.
