• Guest Limit: Maximum of 4 guests (valid ID required at check-in).
• Noise Policy:
o No parties or loud noises.
o Quiet hours: 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM.
• Smoking: Only allowed on the balcony (extra cleaning fees apply for indoor smoking).

Building Rules
• Pool Etiquette:
o No food, drinks, or noisy equipment. Don’t leave trash.
o Shower before entering the pool.
o Sun beds cannot be reserved and please leave area tidy as you found it!
o No balls allowed in the pool or surrounding area.
• Drying Clothes:
o Do not hang clothes on the balcony’s rails
o Please use drying rack provided next to the refrigerator
• Trash Disposal:
o Location: Garbage room next to the elevators.
o Follow Portuguese recycling guidelines (Yellow: Plastics/Metal, Green: Glass, Blue: Paper, Grey: General waste).
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Reid’s Palace Hotel Access: Call their phone number and check if they have availability for outside guests at restaurants, pools or spa. Door for direct access from our building is only for apartment owners (not available for short-term rental guests).
