Pros:
- The location was really good, very central and walkable to cute cafes and restaurants.
- The apartment itself was very nice and spacious
- Host was accommodating to provide cribs for our children.
Cons:
- Check in was not easy. You have to pick up keys in a different location than the actual apartment
- elevator doesn’t work on the 7th floor. You can take the elevator TO the 7th floor from ground or parking but can’t call the elevator to the 7th floor so we had to go to 6th floor to call it and take it up to 7th
- although laundry is included, they did not provide any laundry pods/detergent which was a huge negative. You basically have to buy a whole pack of detergent or pods to be able to use the laundry. The whole point of booking an apartment was to be able to access laundry for 10 days that we stayed. The smallest pack of pods had like 20 pods which there’s no way you’re going to use in that timeframe unless you decide to wash 10 items of clothes per wash to go through them. This is something I think should be provided (even if they just provide one pod/week so you’re not buying a whole pack for a short stay)
- No condiments/spices provided in the kitchen so same thing, you have to buy everything for a short stay and either leave the rest there or bring it back with you when you’re leaving
- Checkout instructions were not clear (where to leave the garbage, where to leave the key, etc)
