The house hadn't been cleaned since the last guest, so we arrived to dirty sheets, trash cans full, etc. Host told us she would refund the cleaning fee but only refunded 90% of it for some reason two weeks after the visit, when I reminded her to send the refund. The house was fine otherwise, but the host was not responsive or on top of what she needs to be (sent partial payment, didn't send it until we reminded her, and we also had to ask for check-in instructions/door code). Wouldn't risk it again.
