We really enjoyed our stay here. A very nice layout with a practical kitchen. We had trouble with the room tablet that gives the WiFi info so we messaged the property and the responded within minutes. Very walkable area with plenty of food and entertainment options. We wanted to stay close to “Yatai” ( venders on the street and Canal City (one of the famous shopping mall in Fukuoka) and the hotel more like condo was located on the perfect spot with a reasonable price. The front desk was very friendly and the room had very comfortable setting. If I visit Canal City again, I definitely stay at this hotel.

A bit dirty in the room. Some weird brown stains on the kitchen wall and quite a bit of dust. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay here. This is our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. It’s a very bright apartment like room with an excellent view. Very relaxing place to stay and close to everything. You can even walk 15 minutes to Hakata Station.

It's a staff-less hotel, so be sure to read all the messages before you go. It was nice overall specially for the price. It was a small apartment type, with a sofa and a big TV with paid Amazon Prime and some sub channels. Other good points - Clean bathroom and toilet. - Quite area, quite apartment. - Nice view to the river Bad points - Robe or pajamas are not included. - Free Internet was a little bit slow.

There was dust and dust bunnies on the tv and closet. The beds were uncomfortable (slumped in) and the linen looked wrinkled and just had us question if they were even switched. We could hear the water and other noises from the unit above. Also our room was directly facing a cemetery, with it being New Year and all it was disconcerting given our culture. It would have been good to know prior to our stay. At least then we could ask to change units. Overall the unit was spacious and well equipped.

Seems like a new apartment building. Apartment size is excellent for 2 persons, but for more occupants with big luggage bags, space will be tight. Nice canal facing. 숙소가 역근처에 위치해있어서 좋았어요 실내에 들어가니 침실과 거실 부엌이 잘 배치되어있고 욕실도 실용적인구조로 설계되어 있어서 3박4일동안 너무 잘지고 왔어요 테라스에 나가보니 강이 바로 보이는 뷰여서 좋았구요~^^ 창문을 열었을때도 솔솔부는 기분좋은 바람과 강이 보여서 좋았어요 저녁에는 숙소에서 바라보는 야경도 보기좋았답니다. 한가지 아쉬운점은 3박4일 여정이다보니 중간에 청소를 못한게 조금 아쉬웠어요 하지만 여행하고 쉬기에는 좋은 숙박시설이었던것 같아요~ 번창하세요!
