職員：員工很好，很有禮貌，服務亦周到。 餐廳：食物好吃但選擇較少。 房間設施：房的灰塵很多，床褥很硬，枕頭睡了四天好像睡在石頭上，軟的硬的都睡得不好。 916空調系統有問題，房內空氣不流通，很焗， 917浴室的水龍頭有問題，熱水會自動跳去，之後要等很久才可調校至正常溫度，不然就只有冷水，大冷天老人家冲冲下就很難受了， 918浴室坐廁的自動清洗功能是壞掉的。

３歳の娘とアンパンマンミュージアムへ行った日の夜に宿泊しました。 徒歩では厳しいと思ったのでタクシーでホテルへ。 受付の方の対応も良く、スムーズにチェックインできました。 部屋の中は清潔で掃除もきちんとされている印象でした。 たくさんの外国の方が宿泊されていましたが、夜は静かで熟睡することができました。 　朝食も美味しく頂きました。 ありがとうございました！！

<湿度とカビが気になる部屋> 浴室に換気扇が無いのが気になった。また、部屋の壁には綿ぼこりか浮き上がったカビがあちこちに。こんな部屋で寝るとどうなるのでしょう…私も持ち物も半日カビにさらされるのかぁ。空気清浄機が置いてありましたが本末転倒だと思います。これは体に悪い部屋で安心して過ごせません。私はマスクをつけて就寝しました。

8月に出掛けた際目的地の一つに近かったので宿泊利用させていただきました。 通常、客室から出る際は電源がオフになり暑い中外から戻っても冷房が効くまでしばらく時間がかかりますが、この期間は熱中症等もあるため客室を出てもエアコンを稼働させておくことが出来る等配慮いただきとても助かりました。ホテル自体は老舗ホテルという印象でしたが清掃も行き届きスタッフの対応も良かったです。ただ提携駐車場の一台一台駐車する枠が狭かったのでそちらに関しては不便を感じました。
