In the heart of the countryside, a set of 3 independent cottages.
Small shared farmyard.
This single-story cottage has been renovated in a traditional style in a former farm building (bread oven).

Enclosed 600 m² garden with trees, a south-facing terrace, and a garden shed. Swing set, sandbox, and pétanque court available.

Living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: double bed 140x190 cm with ensuite shower room, 2: two single beds 90x190 cm, 3: two single beds 90x190 cm), shower room, and separate WC. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, freezer, and full baby equipment.
Included: electricity and electric heating.
Not included: bed linen, towels, and firewood. Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€95).
Pets: €100 deposit.

Martinière Canal 3 km and Pornic 20 km
