"The location is one of the best things about it — it’s just minutes from shopping, Ocean City, and Assateague Island, but it’s tucked away in a quieter area without heavy traffic, so it feels peaceful at the same time. Having your own private cottage is a huge plus. You don’t have to worry much about hearing neighbors, and you also don’t have to worry about your family making too much noise for anyone else. It gives you a lot more privacy and makes the whole stay feel more relaxed. Free parking and the pool are nice extras, and the gated property gives it an added sense of security. For us, it’s been a really comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we’d definitely come back."

"The location is great but there are a few issues with the house. The flooring needs addressed, hardwood in the living room need refinished and the carpeting needs serious cleaning or replacement. The kitchen has the bare minimum for cooking. It took some creativity with some meals. The three beds on the top floor have no access to a bathroom without going through a bedroom or going down to the first floor, not ideal. No towel bar in bathrooms. Figuring out the tv was a challenge. Some directions would be helpful.All the wall murals were quite cool."
