The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was nice and the breakfast area was large and the food was kept full. The location is as convenient as you can get to the entrance of Sequoia National Park.

Our stay was not very comfortable. The bed quality was poor, and there was a lot of outdoor noise throughout the night. We could also clearly hear when other guests were using their showers or restrooms, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, the fire alarm went off twice during our stay, and when we tried calling the front desk, no one answered or provided any explanation. The food was just okay. Overall, we didn’t feel very safe, as the property felt more like a motel than a hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.

Convenient option leaving Sequoia National Park. Carpet in room was very dirty retaining mud from guests shoes. Bed was lumpy. Friendly staff. Variety of breakfast foods, mostly high processed items.

We stayed 1 night but found the hotel clean and comfortable. The room had a large fridge and coffee maker. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it was clean and a nice space to relax. Quite a large area for breakfast and there was a variety of hot/ cold items on offer but the area was busy. Some restaurants and a grocery store (expensive) within walking distance - we had takeout pizza which was very good.

It was a basic hotel and very expensive for the type of hotel. I guess its all about location. Our room was big and clean, but very worn and not been updated in awhile. Also, feels they they put some cost cutting in weird places. The bathroom had a timer for the light, which is annoying when you are in the shower washing your hair and BOOM darkness.

Overall, we had a clean room on the first level. We brought a small dog with us and there were no pet odors at all in the room. The only negative was that the sink was clogged but other than that, our overnight stay was smooth. The staff was kind and there was plenty of parking.

There was a long hair on the pillow. Mattress was uncomfortable and slanted down at the sides. Exterior of property could use a refresh - paint and cleaning. Exterior light in outside stairway was as flickering on and off.

The lady at check in was direct and not friendly. The hot water for the shower was lukewarm at best and there were dead gnats/bugs above the shower. Overall it was fine for a quick overnight trip, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel itself was absolutely fine, the room was large, well equipped and everywhere was clean. Breakfast was included though this was fairly basic with no healthy and nutritious options. For dinner options you really needed to drive because although places in Three Rivers are within walking distance, there is no sidewalk on the road through town and it would be unsafe to walk in the dark because of traffic
