Our stay was not very comfortable. The bed quality was poor, and there was a lot of outdoor noise throughout the night. We could also clearly hear when other guests were using their showers or restrooms, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, the fire alarm went off twice during our stay, and when we tried calling the front desk, no one answered or provided any explanation. The food was just okay. Overall, we didn’t feel very safe, as the property felt more like a motel than a hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.

The stay was fine. Would stay again. But, pleeeeeeaaaaaase get some regular coffee. That machine you use makes a poor excuse for coffee. More is poured out than drank from my observations.

WORST STAY EVER! When we arrived there was a notice advising there will not be power between 9pm-6am. Before checking in we asked for how long the power would be out and we were told about an hour and accepted. What really happened was that the power went out from 10pm thru 8am. We had no light, AC and no water. We had plans to wake up early and continue with our journey thru Sequioa Park. With no AC we had very bad sleep, we couldn’t shower, had to bring water from the pool in a trash can so we can use the toilet, we used bottled water to brush our teeth, use whatever battery we had left on our phones to provide light, of course breakfast offered wasn’t available, our plans were delayed and after that they had the audacity of charging full price!!! Almost $300!!! of course we asked for a refund and they told us they would. After a couple days of not getting our refund, we called them and they decided that they couldn't provide full refund and only authorized a $70 courtesy refund. Really?! They wanted us to pay more than $200 for carrying water from the pool?! That’s not a “courtesy” that's an INSULT!! Their excuse was that they had warned us of the power outage, but we agreed for the hr that the employee advised not the entire night and morning.They should be taking responsibility for the inconvenience and not making us paying for a service that wasn’t provided, it’s been more than a month now a not even the “courtesy”has been refunded, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!

We really liked the hotel overall. They had a great breakfast, nice outdoor pool, and our room was really nice and clean. There was even a grassy area for our dogs. The only was that they charged way too much for a pet fee - $50 per pet!

Great to visit both sides ( Grant and Sherman trees) of park. Nice coffee nearby if you don't take advantage or miss the free breakfast. Saw turkey and horses in rear facing lot. Really hot hallways in peak of summer. The bathroom door is really heavy, used a water bottle to prop open as fan didn't help humidity. The shower curtain rod was half screwed on so the curtain would not stay put, this was very annoying. Pool bath towels seemed to be baby size. We still enjoyed the stay as a family of 4.

It was our first time staying at Comfort Inn and it will be our last. First floor rooms are too close to the parking and the gaps at the bottom door entrance made the noise even worse. We unfortunately given the bottom floor and had to suffer the experiences from the second floor with the nightly and early 5am wake ups by people stomping and luggage dragging noises. In addition, the toilet was dirty with disgusting stains. The only positive experience was the house keeping team.
