This hotel stay was a nightmare. The pool was filthy and full of bugs. The maintenance guy even came around to talk about all the bugs that were inside of the pool. The mattress was as hard as a rock. I was awake all night and extremely uncomfortable when I let the staff know about the time that we had, they were very rude and unhelpful, and did nothing to resolve the problem.

I had a not pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Since the first minute I stopped to the office to check in, I was not welcomed. The receptionist right away without saying Hello, or good morning.. she just asked if I had a reservation. Than she asked me what my name was and after that she asked me (literally), “Do you have your passport?” Which I answered “No” but I have My Military ID, i gave it to her, after that she goes “what is this”? Does this have the Passports Number? I need it to check you in. I said what? “That doesn’t make sense”, and she said yes, so I-showed her my Passport and she said, where are you coming from? Ah you coming from Mex, I said yes, burned there but American l Citizens now. That’s an American passport. Than I showed her my DL and she said “ah this is much better”. I didn’t feel welcome at all and plus I felt she was using racism towards me, for the way she treat me since the moment I stated in.

Expensive for a 2-star hotel. The first room we got had no access due to construction. The second room was not clean at all; the sheets had stains. We had to check out 1 hour after checking in because we didn't feel comfortable.

The room was spacious but filthy. There was spiders in the closet. My husband didn’t tell me until we checked out because he knew I’d freak out. The room had a weird dusty smell. There was roaches in the restroom we didn’t see til the morning of checkout. The shower wasn’t working. Beautiful location but wouldn’t stay here again.

The room we checked into had not been visited by housekeeping in what appeared to be days. The bed was unmade, and there were wet towels on the floor inside and outside the bathroom leaving a musty odor. The desk clerk moved us to another room, and while the bed was made, it also had a an odor that could not be masked.

Check in place smells terribly. Couldn’t breathe. Room shower doesn’t have hot shower when it’s freezing cold at night. Shower had few water coming through. We skipped the shower and as soon as we woke up, we left. Checked in and checked out within 6 hours. Never stayed in a place this horrible

Fair for the price. The man who manned the front desk was not nice but he wasn't terrible either. Definitely tried to get an upstairs room, we could hear EVERYTHING above us and had the unfortunate experience of the people above us being what sounded like children riding horses starting at 5am, but that's not really the hotel's fault. The area is beautiful and it was close enough to the park. I recommend it if you don't need staff to be nice and get an upstairs room.

Rooms were clean, but the furnitures were very old. Bathroom sink and shower head was old. Overall it was nice location and very close to everything. Front desk lady was nice and helpful. If, they remodel the rooms it will be very nice place to stay.

The lobby smelled Terrible, the rooms were visibly dirty, the sheets had stains, the rooms covered in spider webs, the restroom needed a lot of maintenance . Faucet need replacing, tiles were super dirty. The heater took 3 hours to start working and when first turned on it smelled like it was burning .
