This hotel stay was a nightmare. The pool was filthy and full of bugs. The maintenance guy even came around to talk about all the bugs that were inside of the pool. The mattress was as hard as a rock. I was awake all night and extremely uncomfortable when I let the staff know about the time that we had, they were very rude and unhelpful, and did nothing to resolve the problem.

This hotel is in a great location for visiting Sequoia National Park — just a 12-minute drive from the entrance. There are several restaurants nearby, and the property has a beautiful garden with a lovely mountain view. The staff were extremely friendly and even helped me fix a booking mistake.
