Horrible experience.

I would not recommend, maybe I have only been the one to have this experience but Once we arrived to check in, they told me they didn’t have a reservation for me, which I clearly booked through this site. So I showed her my reservation information and she told me that she could fix that issue. Check in time was 3pm. There were no rooms ready, the girl at the desk said they were short staff and house keeping was behind on cleaning rooms. So we waited in the lobby about an hour for them to get a room clean for us. Finally she tells us our room is ready, so we grabbed our things and quickly went for it, we were exhausted from our travel there and just was ready to relax but when we entered the room it was a horrific smell that would cause you to gag. It was no way a person could stay in that room with that smell. Maybe dog pee in the carpet or something. We went and asked for a different room and she said they didn’t have any other rooms available so we asked for a refund and left.
