Refined luxury in Freiburg

This is one of the finest, loveliest, and most luxurious hotels I have stayed in, anywhere in the world. I was traveling with my husband and 4 adult children, and everyone agreed it was “the best hotel” ever. The furnishings, customer service, and amenities were outstanding.

A really nice hotel with a lot of attention to detail, decor, and presentation. Only problem, the food is presented so fancy but it lacks taste. I ordered cod with asparagus. I got a rubber fish. It was gummy and the waitress agreed and was very apologetic. She took it to the chef and he decreed there is nothing wrong with the fish and i was charged the 48Euros even though i did not eat it. Not good policy.
