"A truly wonderful stay from the time I pulled up to the valet until the valet pulled up my car at checkout. Staff were cheerful and friendly. Room well appointed and spotless. All public areas, especially the extra wide hallways, had a charming vibe with interesting photos and benches reminiscent of an art gallery. The hip area around the hotel provides a great variety of restaurants, shops and movie theater within easy walking distance. A perfect venue for a 2-3 relaxed getaway. I look forward to staying on property again soon. "

"The desk attendant, Willy, greeted us warmly like long-lost friends when we checked in. The room and bath were very clean. The room and most of the bathroom seemed modern, but the tub drain and bath ceiling looked old. The beds seemed to be high quality and comfortable (on the soft side, not firm) and the pillows were awesome! The one downside was the noisy AC unit. It had a rattle and kicked on loudly every few minutes all night long. To mitigate the noise I switched it to continuous fan mode. Our room rate through Expedia didn't include breakfast so I can't comment on that. Overall, this was a good choice, about 15 minute drive to the Conference Center under normal traffic conditions."
