Don't go there, stay away!

We checked in at 5 and and had no hot water. We claimed for it to be fixed and they said it would be fixed in an hour, at 7 we claimed again, letting them know that my son was sick and really needed the shower, they said thank you and cut the phone, it was finally fixed at 8 pm only after I'd asked for a refund.

Pet sozinho no quarto fazendo barulho de madrugada

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei nesse hotel, e tenho outra reserva para daqui alguns meses. Na primeira vez peguei o quarto luxo, quarto ótimo, dessa vez optei em não pagar a mais e ficar no mais simples, e achei bastante diferente (móveis mais antigos, não estava em boas condições, porta do banheiro não fechava direito). Mas esse não foi meu maior problema nessa estadia. Infelizmente no quarto em cima do meu tinha um hóspede com cachorro, no qual deixou o cachorro sozinho a noite no quarto. O cachorro fez bastante bagunça, acredito que ele ficava brincando com bolinha ou algo do tipo, fazendo bastante barulho no meu quarto, onde tivemos bastante dificuldade para dormir. As 4:30 da manhã entrei em contato com a recepção e ficaram de verificar se realmente o animal estava a sozinho no apartamento. Confesso que depois desse episódio, estou em dúvida se mantenho a minha reserva ou cancelo.

Otimo hotel com relação custo x benefício. Quarto e banheiro bem limpos e café da manhã muito bom. Ficou devendo apenas com a qualidade do Wi-Fi que em horário de pico ficava péssimo e também por não possuir rampa ou acessibilidade para acessar a piscina.
