Mesmo estando sem expectativas ainda sim foi uma decepção. Quarto e banheiro visivelmente sujos, lençóis rasgados e atendimento praticamente inexistente. Da sua faixa de preço, um dos meljores

A relação custo benefício é muito boa. Pessoal da recepão são próprios proprietários. Perto da Rodoviária, não distante do Shopping JL, fácil para quem chega em Foz localizar o hotel. Eu vou pelo menos 3 vezes ao ano a Foz e, com certeza, vou de Villa Quati.

Estivemos por três dias no hotel, o custo beneficio é bom, mas falta alguns alguns detalhes que fazem diferença o que deixou a desejar. Os proprietários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, fizeram um boa recepção, mas chegando no quarto já nos deparamos com a primeira dificuldade, só havia duas tomadas no quarto, sendo uma inviável de usar pois era muito alta (próximo ao teto, pra alcançar eu tinha que subir na cama) e outra muito baixa que quase o fio dos carregadores de celular não alcançava a mesa de apoio. Pois é nem no banheiro havia tomada, levei meu secador e tive que secar o cabelo distante do espelho, foi uma luta pra utilizar aparelhos elétricos. O banheiro é pequeno quanto a isso tudo bem, mas o chuveiro tem o cano curto e fica colado na parede não dando espaço para nos mexer, ficando difícil por exemplo lavar o cabelo. Só um lado do estacionamento possui motor eletrônico, e esse por sinal é muito pequeno e cabe poucos carros, assim eu tinha que ficar abrindo o portão super pesado ou deixava o carro na rua. Enfim, possui um café da manhã, básico mas muito gostoso, com uma funcionaria super simpática.

Hotel simples! Ambiente aconchegante! Sobrevivente às redes hoteleiras. Encontrei um típico hotel interiorano. Tudo se resolve na recepção, presumo que se tratava do dono. Nada de ligar ao SAC ou app ou chat! Hotel retrata a sua realidade. Pequeno, quartos com básico. Estacionamento próprio. Frigobar preenchido na hora do check in conforme suas opções. Boas acomodações para dormir! Incluído na evolução mais recente da Europa continental ao ser pet friendly! Caso raro no nosso atrasado país! Coardilidade impecável! Também raro no mundo! Tem-se, ainda, que o AC parecia não funcionar perfeitamente. Problema ao estar em Foz. WiFi esquece, utilize o seu serviço móvel. Porém sou testemunha que isso é geral, até em hotéis renomados fosse nao navega. Chuveiro elétrico antigo não agradável. Banheiro bem simples. Café da manhã acaba as 09h, problema pra quem tá de férias. Acústica ruim, escuta nitidamente os vizinhos. Poucas tomadas distribuídas de forma errada.

Um bom Hotel simples, não 4 estrelas como classifica o Trivago. Ficamos de domingo a sabado. Tivemos que trocar de quarto por problema de mal cheiro no encamento do banheiro. O atendimento muito cordial e prestativo por todos, um bom café da manha. O contra é que são 3 andares de escada, A limpeza e arrumacao boa, mas fica devendo embaixo das camas.

Este é um Hotel que nos conquista pelo carinho e atenção dispensados pelos donos, Teresinha e Agapito. Ambos nos deram várias dicas com relação às atrações locais, Nosso quarto tinha uma cama larga, com bom colchão e travesseiro, era espaçoso e o chuveiro era razoável.
