Excellent hotel located within Iguazu falls national park allowing access to falls 24 hours a day to see sunrise and sunset. Staff helpful and courteous. Restaurant had great variety and high quality of foods. Our tour guides, Eduardo and Edgar had perfect English and fully explained all information on falls. Rooms quiet and comfortable.
Location second to none to see the falls. Staying here we got to see Sunrise and Sunset and more while the park was closed to outside visitors.
Everything was amazing. From the location right in front of the falls to the staff that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and take care of anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent as was room service. The tours arranged by the concierge were impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel.
If you are going to see the falls this is the best place to stay!
The location is outstanding but the hotel and staff outdid themselves to provide a comfortable, beautiful, supportive experience.
We splurged for the view of the falls out our window. I don't feel badly about doing it, but in hindsight I would not have done it. It's not that great; beautiful! But not that great. You will see them plenty outside. Overall, we loved our stay at the hotel! The room was beautiful.
It was well located within the national park. Was able to take the trail to see the falls at 8AM with hardly no one araound except for some of the hotel guests. After 9 am it becomes over crowded. The only negative was the club sandwich at the pool bar which was horrible.
The property is beautiful and the only hotel which overlooks Iguassu Foz.
A superb visit that I hope to repeat someday soon!
The hotel has as a backyard one of the true wonders of the world: Iguazú. That’s unbeatable Before 9AM and after 6PM Iguazú is yours! Standing along inmmersed in such a powerful expresión of nature’s beauty, it’s beyond words. The hotel is beautiful and excels in many things, food, rooms and service, etc although some areas-like the hallways-would appreciate renovations. Overall the place is very unique! Go!!
I loved everything about this place. Friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. They all seem to know and remember your name. Service is perfect. Every shuttle or other service was always exactly on time. The view of the part of Iguassu Falls from across the road from the hotel was fantastic. All the activities I wanted to do--the morning walk to the Falls, the helicopter ride over the Falls, the river boat ride, the bird park, etc. were all within a short shuttle ride from the hotel. Food was fantastic too!
Superb, Unriveled location within the park, in close proximity to the magnificent Igassu Falls. Outstanding staff, friendly and always very helpful. The privilege of enjoying the unparalleled beauty of the Falls and Park without the crowds, absolutely priceless! Five stars in all regards!

It’s an all five star experience! From the moment you’re picked up at airport, to the check in with the delicious gourmet bon bons, to the representative taking you to your room explaining everything in details.... it’s just superb! We highly recommend it.
