Only one check in staff with quite a wait in line. He was not proactive on offering information on the gym and pool use. A suprising $250 deposit charge was required at check-in on top of room fees and will only be reimbursed 5-10 days after checked out. Not happy with that Hotel side door lock is not working and no key required to get in. Security is a concern.

Staff was courteous, room was fine. Not the Ritz, but not a dive cheap hotel either. It was a comfortable stay. Less than a mile from Fountain Valley HS which makes it very convenient for events being hosted there.
