Only one check in staff with quite a wait in line. He was not proactive on offering information on the gym and pool use. A suprising $250 deposit charge was required at check-in on top of room fees and will only be reimbursed 5-10 days after checked out. Not happy with that Hotel side door lock is not working and no key required to get in. Security is a concern.

I’m always happy to stay here. It’s my go to place when I travel to SoCal. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have a couch area and a refrigerator. I plan to come back here again on my next visit.

The room was clean, air conditioning was good, the cafe service was nice, the only negative part was the lady at the front desk was not friendly and cold

The room was ok, but nothing special. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to check in as there was only one person at the front desk, and he was helping a lady check her dance team into 5 separate rooms.

Yhe check in took more 15 minutes. I had to come back to the front desk to have my room scanned, because my key didn't work. The carpet was dirty. The sheets had a brown stain. The security deposit was $250 which is more than other hotels. Then I was charged $10 for parking.
