Fonctionnel et bien placé

L’appartement est très fonctionnel, propre . Très bien placé . Proche des commerces et à 2 pas des sentier côtier pour faire de belles balades au bord de mer . Pour un séjour en octobre je recommande un logement en étage afin d’avoir un vue dégagé .

L'interressant est l'emplacement et les demoiselles qui s'occupent de la réception sont vraiment cordiales et sympatiques. Par contre se retrouver avec une grue face a ces fenêtres avec les nuissances sonores qui vont avec, sans avoir été préalablement prévenues, ce n'est pas terrible... La propreté de la chambre reste à désiré. En plein Covid, nous n'avions aucun produit de nettoyage à notre disposition dans la chambre, nous avons du en acheter pour faire le ménage. Menage qui n'avait pas vraiment été fait à fond précédemment puisque nous avons retrouvé des oeufs de Pâques sous le canapé.

A notre arrivée un dimanche l'accueil était fermé et l'hôtel pas prevenu de notre arrivée. La situation a été réglée assez rapidement après un coup de téléphone au numero d'urgence (hotesse très sympatique) , mais nous avons eu une grosse dose de stress... La situation de l'hotel est excellente (commodités et ballades à proximité) , mais nous aurions aimé savoir qu'il y avait des travaux juste en face du balcon (grue et nuisances sonnores). Pour ce qui est du duplex, renseigné pour 7 personnes, rien n'est prevu pour ce nombre (chaises, armoire, vaiselle, frigo...). Cet etablissement annoncé 4 étoiles , n'en mérite pas plus que 2. (Vieillot, taches sur les murs, moisissure dans la baignoire, moquette dans la chambre qu'il est impossible d'aspirer correctement du au manque de place, abat-jour des lampes brulés, très mauvaise insonorisation... ). Grosse déceptions également, nous n'avions aucun produit de nettoyage/désinfection mis à disposition dans l'appartement , alors que nous sommes en pleine épidémie COVID-19. Pour ce qui est de la piscine, nous ne savons pas juger, car nous n'y sommes pas allées. Coursives et communs très propres. Petite info, machine à lessiver et séchoir à disposition moyennement respectivement 4 et 2€. Ainsi qu'un local à vélos fermé.

Séjour agréable après check-in compliqué

Nous avons passé une nuit au domaine des Glénan. La résidence est à taille humaine, l'appartement que nous avons occupé était spacieux et propre. Nous avons cependant eu un problème lors du check in. Nous avions réservé un logement avec "vue piscine". Or, le premier appartement qu'on nous a attribué à notre arrivée se situait certes, côté jardin, mais au rez de chaussée, plutôt sombre, et la "vue piscine" se résumait à un petit aperçu latéral, depuis la terrasse (et non de l'intérieur de l'appartement), qui, de plus était sale. Je suis retournée à la réception où la responsable m'a dans un premier temps soutenu que j'avais réservé un logement "côté piscine" et non "vue piscine". Elle a en vain tenté de retrouver la preuve de ses dires en recherchant ma réservation, sans y parvenir...et pour cause...Après un échange quelque peu tendu, un autre appartement, au premier avec une vraie vue piscine cette fois, nous a finalement été attribué. Je regrette d'avoir eu à insister et surtout, que ma parole ait dans un premier temps été mise en doute. Après ce premier contact plutôt désagréable, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Dernière remarque : On nous demande de rendre la cuisine propre, ce qui est normal, mais il serait bon de fournir au moins produit vaisselle, éponge et torchon. Si cela n'est pas possible pour des raisons sanitaires, prévenir le résident serait judicieux. (pour notre part, nous avions prévu le kit...heureusement)

dans l'appartement il n'y avait qu'un four à micro onde, avec un grill ne serait pas du luxe. Le lave vaisselle était en panne, et il n'y avait aucun kit d'entretien ( pas même une éponge) ni de produits dans la salle de bain Beau balcon, mais le salon de jardin n'était pas nettoyé et bien sur toujours pas d'éponge A part ça séjour agréable et belle région à découvrir

The bedroom windows of the apartments are oriented towards the circulation area, which means the curtains are closed all the time; no natural light and ventilation is problematic. The master bedroom is so small, it is hard to get in and out of bed. Something I last experienced on Khao San Road as a backpacker and did not expect in Britanny. The childrens beds are in the hallway directly next to the entrance. The "imprenable" view of the village is actually quite forgettable. The pool area is small for the number of apartments. Thinnest possible walls; some dirt or growth in the bathroom. Overall it seems the main objective was to squeeze the maximum number of apartments into the available space, with little regard for the inhabitants.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies, le personnel a été à l'écoute, disponible et serviable. La résidence est très bien entretenue et bien située avec un parking privatif appréciable. Un seul bémol, l'absence de rideaux de voilage pour la baie vitrée avec un vis à vis avec les passants pour notre logement situé côté rue. Je suis très contente de notre séjour dans cette résidence.

Beach and restaurants very close. Less than 10 minute walk to grocery shop. Property well maintained and clean. Great pool area. Secure parking. Helpful staff. Lovely little town (village ). Popular holiday destination but definitely not crowded.
