Push open the entrance door and discover a spacious living area of over 50 m² occupying the entire ground floor. The kitchen, open, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a pod coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people, or enjoy the outdoor terrace during nice days. In the evening, gather around the decorative fireplace, in the cosy living space, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a television. An independent toilet completes the ground floor.



Upstairs, two large bedrooms welcome you along with a bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The first bedroom has a Queen Size bed, a spacious dressing room and a desk. The second bedroom is also equipped with a Queen Size bed and a storage wardrobe.
