Located on the 1st floor of a small residence without a lift, the apartment offers all the comfort necessary for a successful stay, with a pleasant balcony to enjoy the Breton sun. You can also enjoy a fenced garden, shared between residents, perfect for a moment of relaxation.



Pass through the front door and let yourself be seduced by a pleasant living space of nearly 30 m², opening onto the balcony, perfect for enjoying the fine weather. The open-plan kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a cafetière, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster are also at your disposal.
