Fully equipped, the house has a large enclosed garden, ideal for letting children play safely or sharing friendly grilled meals around the barbecue on summer evenings. Go through the front door and discover a large warm living room of more than 50m2. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to cook. For breakfast, you will also find a toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people or take advantage of the garden furniture to have lunch outside on sunny days. There is space for up to 3 cars in the courtyard. Bikes can also be stored in the garage.
