I stayed for couple nights. Property had 3 elevators, only one was operating properly. Poor breakfast, even other pousadas offering better food. Room was too old and requires maintenance. A/c Device was working but with packing tape holding a flap. Swimming pools are so small for the numbers of guests. Not valuable for the price . It was missing a bath towel , I had to call the front desk twice to have it.

I book a room with twin bed ocean view. They put in couple bed, on first floor right by the side of a noise place called “ Mercado dos peixes “ the internet in room didn’t work. They said someone was coming to fix it and the person never came back. We called and even went to talk someone front desk. But the person said there was no more people working to check the Internet. In top of that they foi dot change us to a different room. We missed a day of work without internet and we explained how important we needed internet in room for work. They didn’t do nothing about it. Then, finally changed us to a different room. Where internet works but the door wasn’t closing. And we could hear even more noise from outside. They just put us to level 3. No difference betsides rhe internet. I don’t recommend.

A estadia foi uma decepção. Havia uma barata na banheira e nada foi feito sobre isso, mesmo após comunicarmos a recepção. A televisão não estava funcionando e o hotel informou que nenhuma das TVs do hotel inteiro estava funcionando, pois estavam esperando um “rapaz” passar lá pra ver o problema. O banheiro não dispõe de sabonetes e ao solicitar fui informada que somente seria possível fornecê-los na manhã seguinte, quando a supervisora chegasse. É muito difícil entender como um hotel tão grande não dispõe de sabonete e TV, itens básicos que qualquer pousada tem. O café da manhã é bom e serve tapioca ou omelete feito na hora, mas há muitas moscas voando sobre os doces e as frutas. O restaurante do hotel estava em transição de cardápio e possuía pouquíssimas opções disponíveis. Além disso, tinha problemas de higiene. O quarto é bem amplo e a mobília é igual a das fotos. A cama é desconfortável porque tem algo no meio - não sei se juntaram duas de solteiro, mas a minha reserva informava que seria uma cama de casal. Com o valor médio da diária nesse hotel, é possível se hospedar na beira-mar de Fortaleza com muito mais conforto e higiene em outras acomodações.
