The host was very responsive and accommodating. The home was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. Restaurants, entertainment and the Convention Center were all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay

My daughter and I stayed for a long weekend and the place was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the dining area was clean and spacious. The location was fantastic. I would highly recommend for anyone coming to Fort Worth.

Convention Trip

When looking for a place to stay for the FFA Convention, this property checked every box! The location was within walking distance of the event and entertainment, the loft was clean and nicely appointed, and the communication with the host was perfect. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Client visit, but felt like home

I travel for work, but this was a perfect place to feel like I was home. I spent a week here, and couldn’t have been happier. Communications were instant, the furnishings were top notch and the location is perfect. I’ll be back every time I’m lucky enough to come to Ft Worth!

This is a great property in the heart of downtown Ft Worth with tons of entertainment and dinning options within minutes walk of the building. The owner has left no detail undone, and I can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for a unique location in downtown Ft Worth.

Wife’s Birthday

Wanted to stay downtown for my wife’s birthday weekend and we had fun. Place was very clean. It was very modern and a great location. Had issues with the AC but other than that it was great.

Perfect Location-Perfect Penthouse

This penthouse is in a great location. It’s safe, walkable, places to shop and eat. The penthouse is decorated nicely, with huge windows, industrial style, contemporary design. The bed was very comfortable. We did not hear any neighbors and being in the city, I expected to hear more traffic, but it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Moms Weekend @ TCU

The cool vibe & space of the Loft was perfect to invite my daughter & friends over to hang out. I felt extremely safe staying alone. I walked to dinner @ Reata & to coffee @ Sundance Square...both easy strolls in beautiful downtown Ft Worth.

Great location

Second time staying in a unit owned by the hosts. Another great experience. Location is convenient to great restaurants/bars. Went to TX Whiskey Ranch while visiting, which was a cool experience. Short drive to the grounds (10 mins)Only downside is the parking options but that is expected downtown if you aren't staying in a hotel. Unit is the same as you see in pictures and was actually nicer than I was expecting. Will continue to book with this host when in town for work.

Great location

It was just what we hoped for with the location being close to all the hot spots in downtown Ft Worth. The place was clean and cute. The only problem we had was it felt very cold in the apartment and the heater wasn’t working correctly but it was 20 degrees outside.. the manager provided us with 2 space heaters

ACDC Concert Trip!

This trip was to go see one of our favorite bands. Which was awesome. We also explored the Stock Yards on Sunday. Sundance Square was pretty, however, a little quiet on a Monday night. We didn't think about that. We stayed in unit 404 and it was absolutely perfect! Very clean, beds and furniture were comfortable. Nice and relaxing between venturing out and about. Highly recommend this place and will see if it's available next trip. Thank you so much to our host.

Perfect space for a weekend getaway!

My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to find a place in downtown Fort Worth. Based on pictures, we chose this one and we are so happy we did!! Not only was it everything in the pictures and more, it was also in such a convenient area. We were in the perfect location to explore downtown, and only a 10/15 drive to the Stockyards. I would definitely recommend this place for couples wanting to get away for the weekend! On top of all of that, our host Will was extremely friendly, accommodating, and wanted nothing more than for us to have a great stay. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

Modern Loft Living

Modern design and well equipped accommodations. As a VRBO owner, cleanliness is a major part of my expectations and I didn’t appreciate wet towels being left in the dryer and dirty floors. Parking is very difficult and I would suggest securing parking passes in advance. But the location is great and convenient for fine dining!

Concert Weekend Getaway

My lady and I came in for the Warren Zeiders concert and decided to stay the whole weekend in Sundance Square. The property was clean, well kept, and had many amenities. For those who drive trucks or oversized vehicles, the best parking is the 777 garage just 2 blocks east of the property. The cost was $20 nightly and it’s free during the weekends. It has an overhead clearance of 8’2” which was needed to accommodate my F250. No other garages were tall enough. The property guest guide book came in handy since we were unfamiliar with the area.

Will Forever. Hotel Never.

My daughters and I have been traveling to Fort Worth for years for cheer competitions. We always get a hotel and make it a thing. This year, hotels were booked (or crazy expensive) and my girls are so big we really need two rooms. So, I decided to give Vrbo a try. And the experience we had was a game changer. It was cool, clean, comfortable, and easy. My 13 year old wanted to move in. She said it was a whole vibe and she now has new aspirations to get a loft like this one and live the “city life”. Our host was attentive and thoughtful. We will only stay here moving forward - it’s not booked by other cheer moms. I had to tell everyone I knew!

We had such an amazing time at this loft! The property is super cool and unique and the location could not be better! It is walking distance to everything you need and we felt very safe downtown. We will be back for sure!

Great experience!

We booked this penthouse last minute to help my family stay dry during our small wedding in downtown Ft Worth. It was perfect for getting ready and spending time together. It was a quick walk to the courthouse and dinner. The host was so kind and gave easy instructions on where to park and how to get inside the building. Would highly recommend!!
