Very nice house with plenty of bedrooms for us to spread out. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the pool. Great location to be close to the Stockyards and the interstate to get to Waco. There were a few roaches even though the house was very clean. I am sure that this is normal for being in the South, we are just not used to that being being from Nebraska. This is a wonderful place and would absolutely stay here again!

We Enjoyed our stay here. Ms Awa was very prompt when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Fort Worth area. I highly recommend her place. Great home away from home

My only wish is that there were ceiling fans. There were a couple of floor fans in a closet, but it would’ve been nice to have them in all rooms.

New home in great location

This is a brand new home in a convenient location in Ft Worth. The layout of the home is very nice, we had 8 adults and were very comfortable, it didn’t feel crowded at all.

Everything was great the only reason it wasn’t a 5 is because the neighbors dogs scared my children when they were trying to run off some steam in the backyard. But everything inside the house was great.

Great Nephew Graduation

Extremely well cared for home … very clean… beds very comfortable. The house had everything you needed and everything you didn’t think you did…Great location close to all we needed to do… Definitely will stay again when need to go back …. Owners were very responsive to my questions June 2025

Girls trip!

This place was exactly as pictured. It was a beautiful home and very clean. There were nine of us on a family girls trip and everything went smooth. I highly recommend this place. It’s close to the Stockyards and a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood where we all felt safe.

annual golf trip with out of state work friends

overall the house and area is very nice. What we didn't like there were no dressers or storage in most of the bedrooms to unpack and store clothes, had to put on the floor which was a hassle, and the ice maker on the fridge did not work. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a good value. We would consider staying there again ...

Great location, new and very clean

This listing is brand new in a quiet safe neighborhood. The home was comfortable and exactly as listed. Overall pleased but very disappointed we did not have any pool access. This was a huge reason we chose this location. Upon arrival I messaged to find out how we gain access to community pool that was part of the losing. I received a response that the last guest had removed the card from the home and a replaced had not arrived yet. We did still try to use our reservation to gain access to the pool but Boone was ever at the pool office. Communication with further pool details was messaged to me over 24 hours after I asked what we could do to gain access. We were already checked king of the listing by the time the message was received. Very sad we weren’t able to utilize the pool area and I chose this listing based on pool access.
