Blaze’s Lake Party Spot

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Full bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Located on the best side of the lake. Cool lake bars and restaurants located very close by. Located in a country part of the lake, not a subdivision. Drive through a mobile community to reach the house. If this is a problem for you then maybe a house that's 50-100% more expensive outside the country area is for you. Expect outdoor furniture and property to have insects and wildlife. This is the lake and that's what it attracts. House is set up to easily accommodate a group of 6 towel, napkin, toilet paper, kitchen wise. If you're coming with a larger group then bring items to accommodate your extra guest. We do charge for each guest after 6 so please list correctly. Expect outdoor furniture and items to have insects buzzing around as this is the lake and does attract wildlife. Cleaning fee priced in is $195. This covers cleaning inside and having it ready. We don't do a full detail outside the house. There's a lot of outdoor lights that attract bugs and insects. If these things bother you then you should have the lights off or maybe this place won't work for you. Most people that aren't familiar with the lake life don't realize how a home on the water can attract the bugs. Monthly pest control is done by a professional but again this is lake life in a country setting. We won't be making a trip out to clean off cobwebs because they will honestly be back with the same stay. Place all trash in bags then in designated trash bin. Filling up the bins with loose trash will result in extra cleaning fee. Nobody wants to dig through loose trash to bag it up to haul to dump location. Home is outside city limits so city trash service doesn't run here. If you're having a lot of guest Oran excessive amount of trash then bring extra bags. We provide a fresh unused bag and 1 extra for each can inside the home.
