We love this resort and location

This was our 3rd year coming to Fort Walton Beach, Fl & staying at Waterscapes Resort. We chose this place because of all of it’s amenities and location. The condo pretty much looks exactly like the pictures on their listing aside from a little wear and tear and aging these condos go through with having many different people coming & going a lot. The condo was very nice. It was clean aside from the guest bathroom toilet it has a black ring or water stain? But that wasn’t really anything to get worked up about. My only complaint is that this kitchen didn’t have much cookware or bakeware to use & utensils were lacking as well.It made cooking somewhat difficult. The dryer vent was packed with lent. The shower water pressure was low. As far as the resort goes normally we don’t have any complaints at all but this year we have a complaint about their hot tubs not being cleaned properly or frequently as I ended up getting a staph infection of the urine from using them. Usually the hot tub water is good and clean looking but this time you could see suntan lotions and stuff from the trees & other things floating in them. We didn’t notice how dirty the water was until after we sat down and really got a good look at what was floating in there. We stay from Saturday to Saturday & the hot tubs didn’t appear good & clean until Thursday. We cut our trip short a day early due to my infection causing me problems. Would we stay here again? Yes definitely. This is a great resort!

Superb Condo!

My family and I stayed here for a national dance competition. The condo was incredibly clean and in great condition. The location of the room was right by the elevator to gain pool/beach acess. The views of the pool and beach were incredible and the unit had all necessary kitchen supplies as well as a front loading washer and dryer. Our flight arrived early morning and the cleaning crew was able to get the unit ready for us before the usual check in time and the communication with the owner was prompt and very efficient! Check-in and check-out was a BREEZE. We had an awesome time!!

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean and the decor was up to date. The king bed in the master bedroom was vert comfortable. Better view of ocean than pictures showed. Was not ocean front which we knew but it was still a great view. The pools were very nice and the outside property was clean and well maintained. The heated pool was nice since we were visiting in late October. Lot of nice restaurants in the area. We had a great time and would rent this condo again.

Great Spot

Condo is in a great spot for all activities. Convenient to grocery and gas for anything you may need. Would definitely recommend this spot! Owner was quick with responding to my questions. Fixed a chair on the balcony very quickly!

Our stay was wonderful! Waterscape is a great place to vacation with your family, especially younger kids. The location of this condo was perfect, great views and close to the elevator to get down to the pool area. We highly recommend this condo!

Best of Both Worlds

I love this resort since you have the option of the beach or the water park. The room was perfect for our group, two couples and 5 yr old who enjoyed the bunk cove and a baby. We had privacy and a great view of both the beach and water park.
