Emerald water and white sand stare back at you, beckoning you to have a seat on the awesome, tall patio chairs and enjoy the calming sounds and scenes of the Gulf of Mexico! The living room also features balcony access so everyone gets to see the gorgeous view! This three bedroom, two bathroom unit features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and granite counter tops. Very nice and clean condo. We wanted a smaller, less crowded condo/beach and that’s exactly what we got. Very short walk to the beach. Only 1 row of beach chairs and not crowded at all, any time of the day. Pool was a little small.

Fabulous

We were pleasantly impressed with this unit. It was very clean, well maintained and exactly as described. The location was very quiet and a very short walk to the beach. The parking was very close to the building and also has a covered parking area as well. We had always chose bigger venues to stay at but no anymore. The smaller unit provides less crowded beach area . I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here. It is close enough to Destin but away from the heavy traffic .
