So Close to the Beach You Will Wear Your Swimsuit to Bed !!!

GREAT NEWS ..I have redecorated the unit. I now have NEW Kitchen cabinets and all now top of the line Appliances..Fridge, Microwave, Oven, and dishwasher...Oh did I mention all new granite counter tops. Also the Bathrooms are new with new cabinets and also new granite countertops and top of the line sinks. ..Cant forget the beds...yep new bedding with a Sealy posterpedic bed in the master bedroom. Hey what about the living room ..you say? yep brand new leather couch and lounge chair.NEW Carpet and curtains too..can it get any better..sure can also brand new washer and dryer. So that pretty much sums it up. Everything is new this season.

So now is the time to book your stay as you will be treated to the best I have to offer. Yes I have a few more things that will be done but these are the major ones..and they will make you a happy camper for the summer.

Enjoy the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico with your sixth floor balcony view. The solitude of the spacious pristine white sand beaches along with spectacular views of the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Sunsets??? I've got them with a beautiful golden glow on the white sand beach.

Our unique, three bedroom two bath floor plan with bunk in the third room will sleep six to eight comfortably. This Non-Smoking unit in the Gulf Dunes Condominium Complex is tastefully decorated.

It is located on the sixth floor (really the seventh there is covered parking) and features ceramic tile flooring, a KING bed in the master, a KING bed in the second room and a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full size bottom for the kids in the third room, and a queen sleeper sofa. A full size washer and dryer are also in the unit.

It is close to just about everything you could want. The Pier is within walking distance for all those wanting to 'Pier Fish' and also for those who might want to 'Beer Fish' the Angler's sports Bar is there also and features at last count about 30 TV's for all your sports needs. There are resturants by the dozen around you of all types. For the children there is the famous Gulfarium where you can go see all your favorite dolphins and other sea life. only .2 of a mile away.

Going to a convention?? well I am only 1 tenth of a mile from the brand new Emerald Coast Convention Center

For the children there is a Playstation 2 and for the adults there is a Television in each room with a DVD player in the living room and also the master.

Special property amenities include: 426 feet of Gulf Frontage, lush tropical landscaping, private dune walk-over with shower, and two seasonally heated pools.

One FREE Beach Umbrella set-up per day while you stay. $48 per week. This can be removed from the overall daily and weekly rates if you do not want the set-up. This will reduce your daily rental cost by $8 per day ($48 week).

It is conveniently located two miles from Fort Walton, four miles from Destin, and one mile from the new Convention Center.

Best condo we've ever stayed in!

Kent's condo has everything! Excellent view, comfortable balcony furniture, extra beach chairs, Beach toys, a really good cooler, and even a beach wagon!! Also two beach canopies!! Also every kitchen utensil you could need including a crock pot and toaster oven. Plenty of fans and extra blankets. We wanted for nothing! Kent is an excellent communicator and so welcoming. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

From the first communication and throughout our stay the host was in touch to make sure our stay was the best. And it was indeed. The condo has EVERYTHING and the top floor location is truly grand. First clsss appliances and cooking needs completely covered. Comfortable beds and carpeted bedrooms. This was our best VRBO experience. Super location! We are coming back for sure!

Perfect location and the condo has everything you need!

We had a great time, us parents and then 3 young adults 19-22 and a just turned 7 year old. If u get up early you can see dolphins and if you stay out late just walking the beach or crab hunting you might find someone fishing who catches a shark. We had to go crab hunting almost nightly and one night someone caught an at least 5 ft shark. We thought we were videoing but we messed up and wasn’t. Did not see any sharks except for that and on the pier. I would recommend this place any day. You are literally only like 1-2 miles from Destin boardwalk if you to venture over there.

Amazing view

The listing is spot on. The view was amazing from the balcony. We actually did see dolphins from it a couple mornings. It was within walking distance to a couple great restaurants. Then a short drive to Destin for all the touristy things. Kent had great communication and always got back to us in a timely manner. The additional beach chairs, beach tent and wagon were just an added bonus. The wagon was a life saver!! If we go back to that area we will definitely stay there again.

Family Beach Vacation

Absolutely beautiful location!!! Loved the condo 602 on the top floor near stairs and still close to elevators! Sliding doors to living room and master bedroom onto balcony was a definite highlight of every moment we were inside and we even watched dolphins swim by!! Area has great shelling, beautiful beach, very clean pools, awesome umbrella and chairs set up for us each morning and lots of extra beach items that made our family vacation so wonderful!! Lots of great places to visit and activities to enjoy in the area! Indoor glow n dark putt-putt, outdoor go cart racing, beautiful Air Force museum, marine wildlife park and every day a beach day! Awesome restaurants for fun! German food, Thai food, Sushi, fresh catch of the day and Cajun restaurant next door! Fun family place!!!!

We LOVED this condo! We loved the location, the unit itself, plus all the extras in the condo, beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and especially the beach CART! That was so much help with our 20-month old and all of our stuff! We will definitely stay here again!!! :)

Nothing to complain about with this condo or owner!! Both were absolutely amazing! Condo was very well stocked! It had everything we could have ever wanted/needed from kitchen supplies to games. Beds were comfy! View was beautiful! We saw dolphins almost everyday we were there. We would without a doubt stay here again if we end up back in the area.

Right on the Beach!!

Location was ideal for us. Beachfront. Got to sit on the balcony each morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean. It wasn't as crowded as our location last year which was nice. Beach chair rentals were reasonable for the week. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine. I would rent this condo anytime.
