we come to the beach for just that not the condo. The main sliding glass door was broke and wouldn’t open upon our arrival but communication was great and they had someone come and fix it Overall we had a great stay :)

Great location

Nice and spacious, great location and the view was good. We liked sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. Also, the distance to local restaurants, Coffee and donuts was great.

Great spot

Great location. Beaches not over crowded . Bring extra TP, trash bags, and dishwasher pods if staying a week or so.

I have stayed at this complex before, but it was my first time experiencing RealJoy. Everything about this listing was great! I would book with them again.

Spring break middle/high schoolers

The condo was clean and well maintained. Everyone (kids and adults) had an amazing time. The views are spectacular, and its a short walk through the pool to the beach/ocean front! There is a pier/board walk right down the way (within walking distance, but we drove) that also offers fishing, restaurants, and shopping. We would love to stay again in the future.

Vacation Happiness

Enjoyed our stay very much. Relaxed atmosphere without any stress for 10 days. There were a few repairs that should of been fixed before we arrived and the carpet in both bedrooms was very dirty.

Nice getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location. Our only issues were the king room was warmer than the other rooms and we were only given 1 trash bag for the kitchen. They had an extra small fan in a closet so we could use it to help. We would definitely visit this condo again. Even our teenagers enjoyed being here.

Proximity to the beach was good, parking clearly marked. The condo was spacious but did have several items within the unit that needed to be repaired/addressed..

Pictures can be deceiving

Pictures appear nice bright and clean while in person it is really dark and dingy. It had a smell of bugs as soon as I walked in. The air filter had been changed but the evaporator coil is dirty. The master bedroom gets no air flow it was so hot and uncomfortable. I found 1 dead roach in kitchen there and found another dead one in my beach towel when I got back home.They have tried to spruce it up with newer furniture, new refrigerator, and flooring. Everything else is dirty 1980 originals. The linens were clean.The pool area seemed clean and the beach was very clean and beautiful water. I would not stay at this property again.

Advertiser as penthouse park at elevator door .Building putting on roof 4 weeks 7 days aweek 8-7pm didnt mention in add .Unit right below roof grinding pounding thowing roof of in dumpsters . parking moved football field away I have copd close is why i like 2nd day brought in semi load chemicals over 100 drums .Room smelled bad left doors windows open two days .Day before we left was standing outside door pest control guy asked when we were leaving also guy next door said they needed to hit these again. my wife saw lots dead bugs kept sweeping up'asked what he was killing said he coudnt say.Fumigated our car plastic baged our stuff and bathed and left,Other tennants said they were told about roof . We asked about move to other empty unit in building by same company got no reply. I love this beach been here many times this complex three times always good.Never wrote negitive reportbefore and these are the highlights.Am a landlord my self every place has bad days pluming cable electric out missing items not that unusual just life.Living in construction breahting bug posin. the not warning us is realy bad I have lung condition chemicals could have sent me to hospital.Bugs make my wife very unhappy.Only time i didnt enjoy ft walton jim

Perfect Place

Our stay here was perfect. There was 6 of us staying here with a 1 year old, 5 year old , and 4 adults and the condo was perfect for us. Very spacious and even had a bed that pulled out from the couch that was perfect for the kids to sleep on. The view from the balcony was great and the location was perfect with multiple restaurants less then a mile down the road. Would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely stay again.
