This open concept condo is furnished with an additional queen-size sleeper sofa and entertainment center in the family room and full kitchen. Additional amenities in Gulf 405 include free WiFi, a private high floor balcony, a pack-n-play for infants, and free national calling.

We booked 6 nights at a condo on the Bayside. We wanted to stay another night and this was the only condo available. Needless to say, I now see why. I had no communication from property manager until I decided to send a message at 11 AM asking about check in. I was then sent a message saying that our room would not be available until 6. At 4pm (the regular check in time) I called Destin West asking if our room was ready since I sent multiple messages to property manager without reply. It in fact WAS ready. Once inside, we realized how unclean it was. The sofa was disgusting, the floors were clearly not cleaned, the bed had unknown stains. DONT waste your money!
