WC summer 2020
We always enjoy WC at Santa Rosa’s Beach. The ocean water was crystal clear and nice sandy beaches. This time unfortunately there was a different crowd than usual almost resembling Miami Beach. There were teenagers roaming around the streets in masses and being load after 10 PM and also were engaged in dangerous acts like diving off the Boat House Bridge and while surfing they would even hang and dive off regular lake bridges in waters were there were warnings of possible alligators! Also we had 3 incidences of people getting drunk and sick near WC Inn and shops and a cyclist was killed! Security was non existent and outside our unit we couldn’t find parking since others were parking illegally. Even though it was designated a tow away zone no security enforcement was present. It was unfair to us who paid a hefty price to rent the units! Hopefully this is not the New WC because we will not return if this happens again!
