This house was just right for our stay near seaside! We were close to activities, restaurants and the beach but were located in a private, quiet neighborhood away from the hubbub. Communication with the property manager was outstanding and they were very helpful! Would definitely rent this house again or any other property managed by 30AEscapes.

The best property. The location is so convenient. We could bike everywhere. The house is very well equipped. The furniture is very pretty and very comfortable. The house is literally perfect. I would go back to this house every time. And would highly recommend it!

Family of 5 stayed here very comfortably. The house is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach and Seaside.

Fantastic location

The house was perfect and the location as well. It’s secluded but right next to all the things you want to do - beach, swimming pool, downtown Seaside, biking, restaurants.

Great House and Location

Nice and comfortable accommodations. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach access and Seaside. The back porch is private and relaxing. I would love to come back when it's not spring break.

A true hideaway!

Prefect Location....gated community, surrounded by trees, steps to the pool, enjoyed the bicycles, short bike ride to the beach, Publix grocery 5 minutes away, perfect size home for 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 tweens!

Perfect coastal getaway

This was a beautiful and bright house. Just close enough and just far enough from the hustle and bustle of seaside. Publix was very close and convenient. The general feel of the neighborhood is so charming and quiet. Perfect getaway!

Great 3BR for family and kids, a short drive to the beach

Property was as described. Staff was attentive (e.g., delivered a tea kettle within a couple hours of asking). Close enough to Seaside for the fun, far enough away to always be quiet. Cute little neighborhood.

Great getaway!

This quiet little house is tucked in a quiet neighborhood We visited the pool twice, that took less than 30 seconds to walk to, and we were the only ones there both times. Pool was clean along with bathroom there. House was close enough to town and beaches via golf cart and yet far enough out for peace and quiet. Will definitely visit again. My absolute only complaint was the driveway(s) were shorter and more narrow than expected.

Great location!

Beautiful, clean, and great location. The only faults were the tv’s were only usually with apps. And the AC is programmed to get extremely hot if you are away from the place for very long. It took forever to cool it back down. But it’s otherwise a perfect vacation home.

Perfect location, beautiful property, very responsive property management, my only comment would be that the 9:00 a.m. check out time seemed a little too early. Even 10:00 a.m. would be preferable.

Hammock Hiseaway

The property was nice, as listed. There were a few issues that were quickly addressed by rental agency. Three homes close to the rental had been burned & construction going on with one of those and a house on the other side two doors down. Will be really nice once that has been completed. We enjoyed the location very much. Close enough to everything we needed or wanted such as groceries, beach, shopping etc
