Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good however your code to get in the gate was incorrect and as many times that we called everyone said it was correct. We finally found someone that was able to gives the correct code. it was another renter. We used the out gate more. The coffee pot was not working.

The property location was great. First night we found roaches in the primary bathroom….. wasn’t a first great impression. The layout is weird. The house needs some TLC. The beach was perfect and the beach service included made going to the beach easy. The dishwasher leaked during our stay, I reported it and was told immediately that someone would come out to fix….. no one showed up. For the money we spent on renting this property I think we’d look at other options. Would not stay again ….. it’s pretty beat up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great beach home for a family get away with plenitude of bedrooms and private bathrooms. Our crew ranged in age from we grandparents down to a 2 year old. the Beach is private enough to not be overcrowded. The home has most amenities needed, with a little wear and tear evident. Property management was on the ball whenever we required a repair or answer. Never used the grill, and it looked pretty worn, but probably workable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took the whole family to Sandy Boardwalk for a week, and we had the best time. You can't beat the location, and we spent a lot of time on the porches looking out at the ocean. A hidden gem of this house were the benches along the boardwalk going down to the beach!There were a few things we needed to contact the management company about (codes changing, pool cleaning, wifi troubles, etc.) but the management team was super responsive and helpful and were there within a few minutes of me calling each time. Also, something to note is that the twin bedroom is a loft-style bedroom apart from the other two bedrooms upstairs (different sets of stairs take you to the different places). That was fun for our group, so wanted to share that!

Great Beach Location!

This property has a great location right on the beach with restaurants and shopping just a walk or bike ride away. One of the king-sized beds upstairs needs a box spring or more slats under the mattress. There was also one bedroom right off the kitchen that had a door that could not be locked. We did have an issue with a toilet paper holder being broken. I was able to easily reach someone who scheduled a repair person to fix it the next day. Overall, a great beach vacation even though the weather was chilly and rainy.
