Great place to stay close to the beach

We always love staying in these condos. They are very close to the beach access area. It's a quiet clean area. The condo was perfect for our family.

Short weekend getaway

We loved checking in with a keycode to the unit. Everything was clean & well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beach access was right across the street . We had a beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony. We will stay again.

We were very impressed with the condo. Newly remodeled, beautifully decorated. Beds very comfortable! Centrally located easy walk to the beach. Only downside was no elevator for a 3rd floor unit.

“Best Mother’s Day Ever”

That’s what Mom said by the end of the trip! Check in was seemless and timely. Condo was spotless and smelled so fresh and so clean clean. Space matched the pictures and the stay was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet and friendly community with beautiful views and amazing beaches. Hosts were excellent communicators. Thank you Matt and Sarah. Will be back again.

Perfect location!

Location was perfect! Beach was right across the street and mall/grocery stores were less than 5 minutes away! Condo was perfect and looked exactly as it did online! It had everything we needed!

Overall the condo property is well maintained few minor issues with the hot tub that were addressed immediately with the host. Condo needs tlc this was also addressed with the host but they have what you need for a week at the beach. Enjoyed our time in Destin as always though!

Perfect spot

This was our first time in this specific unit but our third stay at the grand Caribbean. This is a terrific location, right across from the beach and close to all kinds of shopping and food. This particular unit has great views and a wonderful extended balcony that we used a lot! A+!

Our condo was just perfect for our family vacation! We sincerely appreciate the prompt, thorough and kind communication with the hosts! We had everything we needed to feel at home! Would definitely stay again!

The condo is very clean! The owners are very responsive. It is very close to the beach. They left beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use which was really convenient. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great Location!

Exceeded our expectations. Heated pool was wonderful since we came in February. Public access to beach was literally right across the street which was very convenient. The condo had all the essentials for a short stay and kitchen was well stocked for light use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to book with y’all in the future! Thanks!!

Decent stay, next to beach

Property was clean and very near to beach. If you are planning to stay more than two days, then bring your own cleaning supplies. Only one beach chairs was in usable condition other one was broken. Everything else was good.

Wonderful family experience

It was exactly like the pictures given online. The property is located in a fantastic location, central to beaches. The necessities came complete with our living area. The property was kept maintained and clean. Top ratings in my book.
