This hotel is right on the Gulf. The staff and the amenities are excellent. Breakfast and front desk staff were excellent. David and Alex who worked outside and inside were excellent bartenders. We have been here before and will definitely stay again.

We stayed overnight on our way back to TX from Orlando. The room was nice, clean and roomy. I was really hoping for a room that overlooked the beach, and only wish the option was available when I booked it. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Our bathroom sink was clogged and took forever for water to go down. Staff was friendly though and kept it clean. I had to call for hair conditioner and never got it. Found a girl who didn’t understand English but was able to get someone else to translate for her and she was able to get conditioner for me. Did not like that we paid $$$ for resort but still had to pay out of pocket for chairs and umbrella at beach. Did not like that we were charged $25 destination fee daily. If you didn’t use it on food or beverages than you forfeited it. We only got to use it once because we were visiting our son and he took us out every day. I will never stay there again and will not recommend it to family or friends.
