Good stay but front desk was abrupt when discovering I used my bank card VISA when booking online and demanded a credit card instead. We prepaid the room. It was already withdrawn. Why does the hotel need a whole different credit card for a prepaid room?

The place to stay in Dawson Creek

Our stay was great. Staff was super friendly. Fresh coffee in the lobby 24/7. The waitress in the restaurant was amazing, super friendly and sang beautifully to her Spotify playlist of old country favorites. Can’t wait to plan another trip!

Mixed bag. Didn’t have time to check out gym. Price was good. Hotel had high review ratings, and we were in a non-smoking room. Unfortunately it smelled of cigarette smoke. Hated that. Additionally. when we first got to room it was slightly ajar- unnerving! Bed comfortable enough. Got in off long road trip - jand up at 5am to keep going, so just wanted sleep, so didn’t report when got in. In a.m. used body lotion, but it went rancid- smelled bad. Had to clean off myself. Breakfast was great tasting with great service and was free.

Best hotel in town

The hotel was recommended by family members who told this was the best hotel value in Dawson Creek After a four night stay I completely agree Very welcoming and friendly staff always willing to help Room was clean and comfortable free breakfast was great. The hotel was quiet and close to everything and the rates were very good. We were completely satisfied with our time there, and highly recommend it

Front desk was nice. However, not clear on their listing on here. Nothing was listed online about not being able to accept a visa debit card for the deposit (in fact it says it can be used on hotels.com) they threatened to cancel my stay without a refund and demanded a credit card if I wanted to stay, all for the deposit. Had to talk to the manager, who doubled the deposit since it was on a debit card. Rooms weren’t that great.

It’s clean, comfortable with friendly staff who are very accommodating. They even offer free laundry facility on the property. You also get a voucher for free breakfast every morning in the restaurant on the property.

Excellent stopover property. Great staff, coffee and snacks by the front counter, awesome restaurant. Older Hotel but in great shape. Beside the Alaska Hiway so can be a bit noisey. Will be back one day for sure.

Friendly helpful staff…well equipped clean large room…complimentary coffee in the lobby and in the room…good dinner at the restaurant…quiet…haven’t had breakfast yet but it is included in the very reasonable price of the room and judging from last night's dinner at the restaurant it will be good…breakfast voucher has plenty of options to choose from…comfy bed…what more could you want?!
