Located in Ocean Villas ll, 700 Building, we are centrally located on a 9 hole executive golf course across from Private Beach access and On-Site Restaurant and Tiki Bar. Beautifully maintained and updated by owner/manager.

(PLEASE NOTE: the Main Swimming Pool has been completely renovated and is opened to our Quests! There are 3 additional pools within a short walking distance from our Condo.

There is over 3000 feet of private beach. Newly renovated Ocean Villa II Cluster, it is convenient yet private. Bright and comfortable, there is an open floor plan that flows from Eat-in Kitchen with granite counter ...to Living Room Ocean Views with wall-to-wall glass sliders...To a screened in balcony. French Doors lead to bedroom, with Ocean Views. King Size sleigh bed and private dressing area with additional sink. Full size washer/dryer, bathroom. Just bring your bathing suit!

Completely furnished it includes a fully equipped kitchen with a new refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, stove, sink, central air and heat, full size washer and dryer, new linens, pots, pans, tableware, smart flat panel TV in living room and bedroom, dvr, iron, ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, beach chairs. Free high-speed wireless internet/WiFi.

This condo is spacious, super clean and great view of the ocean. We’d loved everything about this condo! If you like to golf or play tennis it’s steps from the condo. I loved that the beach was close. Do not hesitate this is a great vacation rental! We will be back!!

Perfect beach stay

The condo was just perfect for the two of us. We were totally thrilled with the Ocean Village setting with all sorts of amenities right on your doorstep. Although the main pool was under construction, there were two other pools that we could use. The little par three golf course was very well maintained and greens fees were just $5!! We would love to come back next year!

Nice Condo near the beach

The check-in was fast and the condo was really nice just like the pictures and we enjoy the property. The only thing was there was no information booklet in the condo with instructions on on the TV the list of channels or Wi-Fi password word we had to contact the host for that. There was no instructions on checkout procedures and no information where things were located on the property. The communication with the host was not good it took a long period of time for reply on a question with a issue we had with a repair arranged by the host. The place is nice and we enjoyed our vacation we just would have like more information and better communication.

Lovely property but communication was lacking

My husband and I found this unit to be quiet and comfortable. We did have trouble with communications from the owners. Were told to text or call with questions or concerns but after days of no response we were told not to text because they receive too many texts. We were also told we could contact the lady who does the cleaning of the unit once we arrived if we needed to and since we were not receiving responses from the owner, we did try asking her questions but this was not very helpful. Other than the communication issues, we did enjoy the property. The grounds of the Ocean Village are very nice and the community feel was perfect for us.

Treasure Coast Best Value!

Ocean Village is the Treasure Coast's best value and this unit is exceptional with nice water view, directly overlooking the first Tee and short walk to mile long private beach. Owners treated us very well. We had a great time and will come back again. Thank you for a wonderful get-away!

Great location/excellent layout

Great location for Florida east coast exploration. The condo was clean, spacious and wonderfully laid out. The unit itself is located on the third floor so if stair are a problem, it's a consideration. The unit is just a short walk from a very pleasant beach. Tennis golf and even basketball are available if you come equipped. There is even a small gym. A very nice restaurant is located just a five minute walk from the unit in the development. The main pool is currently under construction and closed..no idea when it will reopen. Best of all the host (Joe) was spectacularly responsive to all our needs. I highly recommend this rental.

Great spot! Loved our quiet stay

We loved the property! Very clean and quiet with no problems at all. Great restaurant nearby along with the beach. The only thing is that the pool was closed due to construction. We hope to return in the future and would love to use it then. The beach is steps away and lovely. We felt so safe. Hosts were quiet but we didn’t need anything so it was fine!
