Come and relax in this updated condo in the desirable Ocean Village Community in Hutchinson Island. Our condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with tile floors throughout the living area, bedrooms and balcony, which overlooks the golf course. Relax in our unit which includes access to all of these amazing amenities: Nearly two miles of private beach, (less than a 5 minute walk from our condo), four swimming pools, an executive Par 3 golf course, 11 tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball, basketball, beach volleyball, shuffle board, fitness center and library. A pool-side Tiki Bar, on-site restaurant and much more!

Our unit is equipped with new televisions, WiFi, washer, dyer, full kitchen, all new appliances, new kitchen utensils and equipment.

Rental comes with beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, boogie board, golf club bag with wheeled caddy and grocery cart caddy.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a sofa bed.

This unit was a 2BR/2Bath condo with a screened deck in a fully secured gated community.

The unit was well-furnished and well-equipped. Activities included golf, fishing, pools, shuffleboard, tennis, bocci, pickleball, ping pong, a tiki bar, a restaurant and all the public amenities of Hutchinson Island, Fort Pierce, Vero Beach, Stuart and Port Saint Lucy.

Great Place, Hosts are Owners

We had an excellent stay until the host sent us a text of a picture of our family entering the door of their property with our service dog at the very end of our 15 night stay. The host demanded we pay an additional 750 for having a pet, we explained it was not our pet, it is a service dog… we provided service dog info to the host who still said regardless we owed 750 (50 per day) We ended up leaving a full day early and VRBO customer service management team verified we didn’t need to pay any additional.

Beautiful Condo

We had a very enjoyable stay at this Ocean Village condo. The condo is very comfortable and nicely furnished. Kitchen was well equipped. The beach and pools are just a 5 minute walk from the condo. Very nice that beach accessories (chairs, umbrella and beach wagon) were provided. Ocean Village is a nice, quiet community in a great location.
