So many extra touches! One of our favorite places to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Fort Payne. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away. It had so many extra touches - we loved the sound machines, towel warmers and pretty outside lights. Coffee bar was such a nice touch as well. We travel to Fort Payne often to visit family, and this has been one of our favorite places to stay. We will definitely be renting this house again on future trips. Highly recommend!

Location is great!

The home is beautifully decorated, and sufficiently stocked. We truly enjoyed the common areas such as kitchen, living room, and two porches to sit and visit with our family. The location is great. It is so close to town, yet such a quiet surrounding.

Comfortable beds and everything we needed!

We were visiting my grandfather in Valley Head and chose to stay here and were SO happy with our decision! This is a lovely home and we had such a fun time. The leaves surrounding the property are absolutely gorgeous in November, and we were so glad to have such a great view in every direction. The beds were very comfortable, and the home has everything you need. Next time we visit Alabama as a family, we will check availability here first!

Lovely home!

This is a lovely home with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the sounds of nature after we hiked several local spots. We will stay here or with Misti again.

Good Location and Comfortable

The property was very clean, comfortable and well laid out. The location is convenient to Ft. Payne downtown and the Agricenter in Rainsville.

Clean, equipped, and peaceful spot!

Stayed here two separate weekends in October and was very happy both times! Hosts are very responsive- my mom had trouble getting in and using the electronic door lock system as she’s not tech savvy and the hosts helped us multiple times to navigate. Clean, equipped, and peaceful spot. Recommend!

This is a wonderful home.

We just returned from a 7-night stay. The home is new & and the owners have gone above & beyond to make it a lovely home both inside & out. Peaceful Retreats staff are supper attentive & had even left us an amazing gift basket. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas.

We had a great time hiking in the area. We also gathered with family from Georgia and central Alabama for a mini-reunion. We had an excellent time.

Amazing,modern accommodations

My wife, her 2 sisters, and the husbands always do a yearly sister trip. We stayed here for our weekend and all 6 fit very comfortably in this property. I’m particularly a critic of water pressure in rentals. This one did not disappoint. Shower in master was amazing. Mistie was very quick to reply to all our questions. We were pleased with the quiet neighborhood and the back deck was a plus. Enjoyed our stay very much.
