Our condos are designed for monthly, longer term seasonal guests and are also available for year or long term leases. The condos are large in size, offer additional windows for light, nice size bedrooms for visiting guests and are fully furnished. Decorations, Appliances, furniture for maximum comfort and ease while you enjoy your stay with us.

These condos offered feature 3 bedrooms ( 2 Queen & 1 bedroom with Twin XL beds). Two Full Baths (master bedroom has en suite and walk in closet). Screened Lanai. In unit washer & dryer. Condos are facing the pool and on third floor of condo complex with elevator in building. Condos have assigned, covered parking, kitchens are fully stocked for all that is needed for extended stay (which include full compliment of stainless appliances and white quartz countertops).

All bookings are for a minimum of 1 month and located in the newly finished building in Majestic Palms (A gated, private community with a heated community pool and jacuzzi tub). The grounds of Majestic Palms are beautifully maintained with mature Palm Trees & flush vegetation to enjoy. Move in is the first of each month with departure being the last day of each month.
